Using the platform, investors can inspect investment offers and materials, such as legal documents and due diligence items, allowing them to make informed investment decisions in what is widely considered one of the greatest wealth creation tools on the planet. RealCrowd is free for investors, you can create your account here. RealCrowd charges a technology access fee to the operating partner for our services. We do not charge investors any upfront fees, ongoing asset management fees or promote/carried interest in the investments.

RealCrowd offerings are open to US-based accredited investors. RealCrowd does not recommend or advise on any offering on our platform. While we have minimum history and experience threshold for Operators who post on our platform, if you are unable to perform your own due diligence, please consult with an attorney or financial advisor prior to making an investment.

It’s ultimately up to the investment Sponsor to decide whether or not they will accept Accreditation documents outside of the RealCrowd Accreditation process. Please submit your outside verification documentation to the unique contact email within the offering.

Absolutely. Our platform runs on the Windows Azure environment, one of the web’s most secure, market leading cloud-based services. In fact, our Co-Founder and CTO, JD Conley, was on an advisory board to Microsoft during the creation of the Azure environment, and has spent years developing Department of Defense certified software. We go above and beyond other online services. Your personal data is encrypted both during transport and in our database, yielding the maximum protection.

RealCrowd features direct real estate investments in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, development and fund opportunities.

No. RealCrowd is a platform to connect real estate companies offering investment opportunities with accredited investors. RealCrowd does not participate in any offerings posted on our site.

Specific questions regarding offerings (structure, promote, fees, distribution, etc.) shall be sent directly to the Sponsor. RealCrowd provides contact information for each offering within the offering page. If you have more detailed questions regarding the terms and conditions set forth in the offering documents, please consult your attorney or financial advisor.

When the investment is initially posted on our platform for review, you will be able to browse the draft documents at that time or as soon as they are made available. All signatures will be executed electronically with a fully-executed electronic version both emailed to you as well as a copy kept in your investor dashboard.

All tax and financial documentation related to your investment is uploaded to your secure RealCrowd Investor Dashboard.

No. Real estate investments by their very nature have a longer term time horizon than that of liquid stocks or bonds. Each investment will have a thoroughly detailed business plan that will outline the timeline to realize the investment and may vary from 1 year to 10+ years. Please read and understand each investment offering carefully before making an investment.
