From its inception in 2006, Trion (through its affiliated entities) has acquired the fee interest (or in certain instances the debt secured by the fee interest) of over 1,500 multifamily units and over 75,000 square feet of commercial retail space. To date, Trion has successfully repositioned and resold over 795 units and over 55,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space.

Trion has successfully completed its transaction cycle (acquisition, obtain title and control of asset, implement value-add procedures and dispose of asset) on twenty (20) of those acquisitions, generating an average IRR in excess of 30% in these distressed and value-add real estate investments.
