We rigorously screen and acquire multifamily properties that fit our exacting profile. We then implement calculated renovations, which allow us to increase rents to reflect appropriate market demand. To achieve economies of scale, Tidegate purchases multiple properties within the same MSA.

We endeavor to solve the challenge of generating income, diversifying risk, and providing appreciation for clients through direct investment in multifamily properties. While individuals may desire to own properties in their portfolio, the time, cost, and expertise necessary to maximize returns present barriers to entry. Similarly, our smaller niche size is typically outside the scope of traditional REITs or other LP/LLC/direct participation programs.
