About this Fund

The Fund’s strategy will be to generate superior risk adjusted returns by managing, developing, building, remodeling, leasing, repairing, and/or selling real property (primarily multi-family properties). The Manager intends to accomplish this goal by leveraging its experienced investment team and acquiring assets located in attractive sub-markets of New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.

The Fund expects to deploy the capital of the Fund into Transactions which meet the Fund’s investment and underwriting criteria with the intent to produce overall annualized “IRR” returns to limited partners of the Fund in the range of 21% to 24%.
