Q. How has your experience been using RealCrowd?

We have really enjoyed our partnership with RealCrowd. Their platform was excellent in supplementing our own capital raising efforts. They introduced us to more than 50 investors that we otherwise would have not partnered with, leading to $8.425M being raised through their platform for Origin Fund III.

We spoke with a handful of platforms, but none were as professional and thorough as RealCrowd. They also allowed us to communicate directly with prospective investors, which was important to us because we highly prefer a personal relationship with each of our investor partners.

Q. What has been the most exciting part of using RealCrowd?

We are most excited about partnering with so many new investors who have never had access to institutional real estate fund managers before. We look forward to providing transparent communication and performing for each of them.

Q. Why is this method of investing good for investors?

Online syndication provides a level of transparency and accountability that doesn’t exist with traditional fundraising methods. It’s a win-win for both the sponsor and the investor by pairing capital with high quality investment opportunities that wouldn’t have been available otherwise, and at a very low or no cost to investors.
