The top levels of the real estate industry are beginning to recognize the amazing impact that online syndication is having on investment practices.

Case in point: Real Estate Forum Magazine gave RealCrowd’s CEO Adam Hooper one of it’s highest accolades, designating him as one of this years “50 under 40” for his work in advancing online syndication and investment platform technology.

Real Estate Forum describes its annual list as the “cream of the crop” culled from the 550 nominees, “best and brightest young professionals in commercial real estate today.”

We’re not surprised in the least that Adam made the cut. We see him in action everyday. Call us biased, but we can’t think of anyone more deserving of the designation.

As Real Estate Forum points out in its October issue: “[CEO Hooper] focuses on building the strongest team in the industry, which is a unique challenge since RealCrowd bridges the real estate investment and technology worlds… Hooper is helping investors gain access to commercial real estate investment through the Internet.”

And while Hooper’s scooping up accolades, RealCrowd platform deals are getting some positive media attention, as well…

RealCrowd Offers Break New Ground

An evergreen offer on the RealCrowd platform surfaced this week in GlobeSt, a major real estate industry journal.

An Oct. 29 article, “Pyatt Broadmark Reveals Lending Fund”, drilled down into Pyatt Broadmark’s RealCrowd offering, the Pacific Northwest Lending Fund, and noted that it’s “the first fund of its kind being offered through an online platform.”

Principal at Pyatt Broadmark reflected on his experience with RealCrowd, telling GlobeSt that “RealCrowd enabled us to close more efficiently, automate the traditionally time-consuming administrative tasks, while still giving us to ability communicate with investors directly. There’s little doubt that RealCrowd represents the future of syndication.”
